Rose Belle Cosmetics, nor the owner, Isabelle Asuncion, will not be responsible for any wrongly inputted addresses and information. Please make sure and double check that you have the correct information in your billing and shipping address before submitting your order.
Processing and handling may take 1 to 5 business days. Depending on when an order has been placed, processing and handling time may vary. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for order processing procedures.
Shipment and delivery times will vary depending on the state, city, and country the order recipient resides in. (For example: If an individual lives in Texas, their parcel may take longer to arrive in comparison to an individual who lives in California, since Rosé Belle Cosmetics is based in California, USA.)
Shipping average takes between 3 to 7 days in the United States after being dropped off at the post office.
Please allow international shipping to take between 2-4 weeks due to the current global pandemic and international safety procedures.

Additionally, if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery date, please contact Rose Belle Cosmetics through the email address: email@example.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Contacting after this time window will result in RBC can no longer being able to compensate you due to the situational circumstances within the postal service, making it no longer Rose Belle Cosmetics' responsibility after it is shipped out.

All sales are final after a customer has finished a purchased through checkout.
There will be no refunds granted* if your order has already been shipped out.
